James Hardy is a proven innovator, seasoned leader, and has a genuine desire to serve. In 2009, he created eVantage Financial, fully launching the company in August 2014. Mr. Hardy has over 25 years of experience building large financial sales teams. As Field Vice Chairman and CEO of World Financial Group from 1992 to 2008, he was responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising 10,000 Life and Securities Licensed Financial Representatives. He has been keynote speaker at industry conferences for over two decades. Mr. Hardy is a graduate of Brigham Young University, Provo, UT.

Gary Opp is a well-respected licensed estate planning specialist and investment consultant with more than 21 years’ experience serving individuals, families and business owners throughout California. A successful business owner himself, Mr. Opp understands firsthand the constantly changing economic landscape and the resulting challenges facing today's sole-proprietors and CEOs.
Vice President Enterprise Solutions
Peggy Jucha brings 26 years of corporate management experience to eVantage Financial. In her positions of operations director and sales director in the wireless and cellular industries she managed corporate fulfillment, direct, indirect and retail sales forces, customer support, call centers and inventory operations. She has owned three companies with her husband, Scott, offering business consulting, marketing and IT services. Ms. Jucha is the Chief Operations Officer for an international women’s philanthropic organization and she has served on the boards of 9 regional chambers of commerce and business associations. Ms. Jucha has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Cal State University.
